Before we get started with our very first post in 2010, we want to wish you all a very Happy new year. Hope you are having an amazing start already.

This is the first post of 2010 and we wanted to bring information related to one of the most asked question : How is cognac made? Well, although we have covered about it here and there in the past, we thought this was one of those information that is always sought after. We’ve been getting quite a few email related to this so we thought of creating something that was easy to look and understand. The image below shows the five steps cognac has to go through before it’s bottled and ready for consumption.
