Remy Martin has long been one of the leading brands in the cognac industry. As many of you already know, Remy’s product Louis XIII is one of the sought after cognac among cognac connoisseur. Remy Martin has now released a product that is sure to be a treasure among cognac collectors. The price is set at $20,000 per case so it certainly isn’t geared towards the common people like us. However, there certainly is a market for high end cognac like these and we are sure it will be off the shelf pretty soon. There are only 786 Louis XIII Rare Cask de Rémy Martin available.
Louis XIII Rare Cask de Rémy Martin was discovered by Pierrette Trichet who is also the master cellar at Remy Martin. This new Louis XIII product is made of 1,200 eaux-de-vie and is aged anywhere between 40 and 100 years. The bottle for this product is made of rare black crystal and more than 20 people are required to produce each of them. The 786 Louis XIII Rare Cask de Rémy Martin was extracted from a single cask and is a limited edition which we are sure will be highly sought after.
