Spreading The Joy Of Cognac, Few At a Time

If you remember, we had ran a contest a couple weeks ago. We chose three winners based on their performance on the quiz (the quiz was just for fun and a way to choose winners). While choosing the winners one of the things we wanted to make sure was to introduce the taste of cognac to someone who had never tried it before. Well, we were succesful.

As most of you know we are quite active on twitter. Due to our participation some even created a slogan for us, “Cognac, not just a drink anymore.” Back to the topic. The first prize went to @cocoancream (we are withhelding the real names since we don’t have their permission to publish their real names, so we are mentioning their twitter handles) who assured us that she would use the prize money ($100) towards cognac. That was our goal, but usually people do what they want with cash and we are perfectly fine with that, although we would like to see it being used towards trying a fine cognac. Well, @cocoancream and her boyfriend @JiMpiSh went all out and bought themselves some cognac and gave it a try. Here is what they ended up getting,

We are really happy and just want to thank @cocoancream and @JiMpiSh for giving cognac a try. They didn’t just go out and buy cognac but ended up gathering a few friends for a cognac tasting event as well. As you can see from the image below they had everything ready, glasses marked, pen and paper to take notes….the whole nine yard. And they have assured us that they will be sharing their experience of this event with us. We can’t wait to hear from them.
