I am not sure how and why I haven’t shared this excellent video produced by the good folks at GrapeVisions. As I was going through the archives, I found a comment from one of the GrapeVisions team who had shared the link. This is an amazing video and was released in December so it has been a while. Nevertheless, it talks about the art of blending and cognac. Certainly an amazing video to watch and end the week on a great note and good taste.
