20 ml (1/4 oz) VSOP Cognac
10 ml (1/4) fresh lemon juice
10 ml (1/4) triple sec
1 orange peel
5 or 6 ice cubes
Place the ice cubes in the shaker
Add the Cognac, lemon juice, & triple sec
Close the shaker and shake well until frosted
Strain into the glass (using a cocktail strainer)
Press the orange peel over the drink
