40 ml (1 1/2 oz) VSOP Cognac
15 ml (1/2 oz) fresh lemon juice
15 ml (1/2 oz) cane sugar syrup
5 or 6 ice cubes
Place the ice cubes in the shaker
Pour in the cognac, fresh lemon juice & cane sugar syrup
Close the shaker and shake well until frosted
Place a few ice cubes in the glass
Pour in using cocktail strainer
