Belle de Brillet

Belle de Brillet Cognac is not a traditional Cognac but a luxurious French liqueur born from the vision of Jean-Louis Brillet in 1985, blending the family’s heritage Cognac with the essence of Williams pears from Anjou. Crafted by Maison Brillet, a Charente-based house tracing its roots to the 17th century, this golden elixir combines eaux-de-vie from Ugni Blanc grapes with the intense fruitiness of 18 hand-harvested pears per bottle, subtly sweetened with Madagascar vanilla-infused sugar. Housed in an iconic pear-shaped bottle, Belle de Brillet—named in homage to Jean-Louis’ wife, Isabelle—offers a harmonious balance of Cognac’s elegance and pear’s vibrant sweetness, perfect as an aperitif, digestif, or cocktail base. Since joining Rémy Cointreau in 2020, it continues to shine as a testament to artisanal tradition and terroir-driven innovation.
