With roots tracing back to the 15th century, this family-driven house crafts artisanal Cognacs from Ugni Blanc grapes grown on their 30-hectare vineyard, distilled in century-old copper stills. Known for a range from VS to XO, their eaux-de-vie boast a youthful fruitiness and quick-aging charm typical of Bons Bois terroir, with some sold under their Rastignac label or to major houses.
