Nestled in Réaux sur Trèfle, the Bertrand family cultivates 82 hectares of Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes on limestone-rich soils, crafting a small yet exceptional range of Cognacs, from VS to XO. Marked by the iconic Bel’Air windmill—the last standing in the town—their spirits reflect a deep respect for heritage, aged in Limousin oak to reveal rich, nuanced flavors like coffee, cocoa, and dried fruit.
